About the Flock

Picture
Our sheep are free to graze on our native dryland grasses. During the winter months we leave them on pasture as weather permits and feed them a high quality dryland hay, free of  herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers.  Our meat only comes from our ranch.

We do not confine our pregnant ewes, but allow them to deliver their lambs where and when they please.  Some choosing to have them off by themselves in the darkness of early morning...while others would rather have them in broad daylight in the middle of everything!

We feel the environment that we provide for our sheep is a stress-free way of life that is reflected in the quality of our meat, fleece, and breeding stock.
